The studio, for our adult classes is at the entrance to Cottonwood Golf Course and close to Nanaimo Airport.

Coming From Nanaimo Direction

• Take main Island Highway going south and follow signs to Nanaimo Airport
• Turn left at airport, turn around at the roundabout and go back onto highway, turning right (i.e. back North again)
• Take first right onto Haslam Road, turn right into Cottonwood Golf Course
• The studio is beside the house immediately on the right

From Ladysmith Direction

• Take main Island Highway going north and follow signs to Nanaimo Airport.
• Take first right after Nanaimo Airport onto Haslam Road
• Turn right into Cottonwood Golf Course
• The studio is beside the house immediately on the right

Kw’umut Lelum is an Indigenous agency rooted in Coast Salish snuw'uy'ulh that provides culturally-driven family support, caregiving services and community programs and services to nine First Nations on Vancouver Island, British Columbia.

Our organization operates as nutsamaat shqwaluwun (people working together with one heart and one mind) guided by the teachings of our ancestors to promote emotional and physical health, parenting skills, cultural strength, and personal growth.
